Confirmed line-ups for crucial World Cup qualifier

Wales and Belgium face off in a crunch World Cup qualifier in Cardiff in a match that will go a long way to deciding who qualifies automatically from Group J.

Belgium are a point behind leaders North Macedonia having played a game fewer, with Wales a point further back.

North Macedonia are likely to retain their place atop the table as they face Kazakhstan but, with Belgium boasting a superior goal difference ahead of final qualifying fixtures with Kazakhstan and Liechtenstein, victory for the Red Devils would put them in the box seat for automatic qualification.

Wales, however, can put their qualification hopes firmly in their own hands with an upset win, with Craig Bellamy’s side set to face Liechtenstein next month before a potential winner-take-all clash with North M Macedonia.

The situation in the group should make for an absorbing encounter, and 101GreatGoals has the full team news.
